You will manage the delivery of the Phoenix Genomics LIMS, a hybrid Epic Beaker and Projodis solution that will standardise workflows across the SE GMS network. The role covers planning, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go‑live activities. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee integrations with the Epic EPR and national digital genomics platforms, and ensure compliance with ISO15189, NHS England GMS standards, and information governance requirements.

You will support clinicians and scientists in harmonising workflows, transitioning from legacy LIMS, and embedding new ways of working. You will contribute to the delivery of in‑house Whole Genome Sequencing by ensuring the LIMS is sequencing‑ready. Working closely with Trust Digital, Synnovis IT, and specialist vendors, you’ll drive delivery to contractual and funding timelines, ensuring the programme maintains momentum and achieves its strategic benefits.
