Who we are
The NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the official NHS organisation that makes important decisions about health and care across west and north London. We are responsible for planning services, setting budgets, and making sure the NHS is working well for local people.
What we do
• We plan and fund health and care services for our communities
• We make sure money is used in the right places to help people stay healthy
• We check how well services are performing and support improvements
• We work with GPs, hospitals, mental health teams and community services
• We make sure care is safe, fair and high quality for everyone.
How we work
The ICB is part of NHS West and North London, which is the parent organisation for our area. We work closely with:
• the West and North London Integrated Care System (ICS) – our partnership with councils, charities and community groups
• the West and North London Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) – where partners agree shared priorities for local people.
Together, we help local services work better and plan for the future.
