Essential criteria
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and registration with the GPHC
- Demonstrable evidence Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, or satisfactory evidence of equivalent competence, as demonstrated within a practice portfolio Applicants undertaking the JPB Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice will be expected to have completed at least two FS2s tasks
Experience
