Trac proudly powers the recruitment for
NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board
About
The Derby & Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, and Nottingham & Nottinghamshire ICB Cluster (DLN Cluster) is a collaborative administrative alliance of three Integrated Care Boards. While each ICB remains a separate legal entity, they share a unified leadership structure, joint senior appointments, and connected team networks to streamline operations and strengthen strategic health commissioning across the East Midlands. Together, the cluster supports a diverse population through a shared 5-Year Population Health Strategy and an integrated Transformation Fund, helping to move healthcare resources closer to local communities.
The DLN Cluster brings together Joined Up Care Derbyshire, NHS Lincolnshire ICB, and NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB. This collaborative approach enables us to address health inequalities at regional scale while recognising and respecting the distinct priorities of our local communities. By aligning our strategic commissioning cycles, we support system-wide sustainability and deliver integrated care models that improve outcomes for local people.
- Prevention First: Shifting the focus from treating illness to promoting long-term population health and wellbeing.
- Care Closer to Home: Redesigning pathways to deliver accessible, community-based and integrated neighbourhood health services.
- Digital Transformation: Developing a unified DLN Digital Collaborative to expand virtual care, remote monitoring, use of the NHS App, and AI-enabled innovation.
- Operational Efficiency: Sharing resources to reduce running costs and maximise investment in frontline services.
