We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide high-quality administrative and business support to the Contracts Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting contract management activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication with both internal colleagues and external providers.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring the progress of contract documentation, managing meeting administration and associated governance processes, maintaining the Kent and Medway contracts register, and assisting with the resolution of queries. The role will also involve engaging with providers and staff across the organisation and managing the team mailbox

• Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis; 
• Provide business and administrative support to the CCG contracts team
• Assist in the preparation of contracts documentation with support
• Meetings administration
• Maintain the Kent and Medway contracts register
• Provide support to resolving queries, engaging with providers and CCG staff as appropriate and managing the team mailbox
