Our Safeguarding Team is passionate about making a difference and protecting some of the most vulnerable people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We are a supportive, collaborative and highly professional team that works closely with NHS organisations, local authorities, police, education and other partner agencies to improve outcomes for children, young people and adults at risk.
We value compassion, integrity, inclusion and teamwork. Every member of the team plays an important role, and we foster a culture where colleagues are respected, supported and encouraged to develop. The work can be fast-paced and varied, often involving sensitive and complex issues, but it is also rewarding and meaningful.
If you enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same, take pride in delivering high-quality support, and want to be part of a team committed to safeguarding and improving lives, this could be the opportunity for you.
